This half-year project was completed by the design of a cultural center. The program included: a theater, archives, a music school, a showroom, a library as well as all the technical services and administrative space.

I chose to organize my project on a strictly orthogonal level while playing on the half-levels as well as on the rhythm of facades. The main entrance is made by an enclosed footbridge as well as a water feature. The road plan creates a cross roads for the development of buildings, living space and green spaces.

The central part of the building plays the role of a link between the library and the theater. The amount of natural light is used to differentiate the functions of the building. The visitor will pass through large open spaces and areas which are intimate and somber.
